Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate on-market and off-market investment opportunities.
Conduct site visits, property walk-throughs, and on-site due diligence.
Serve as the firm’s primary boots-on-the-ground representative.
Prepare and submit Letters of Intent, subject to joint venture approval.
Coordinate directly with brokers, sellers, and local market participants.
Identify, vet, and manage contractors and third-party service providers.
Coordinate inspections, contractor walkthroughs, and bid collection.
Provide real-time assessments of property condition and operational considerations.
Oversee external vendors, including contractors, inspectors, engineers, surveyors, and consultants.
Support underwriting with the CIO, including review of rent rolls, T12s, and financials
Validate assumptions and stress-test transactions under conservative scenarios
Maintain financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
Oversee JV financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and reserves
Share asset management oversight with Legal & Compliance
Lead tax strategy, compliance, and entity and investor tax reporting
